Objectives: validation of PCPEs as new therapeutic targets and demonstration that the direct inhibition of collagen deposition is a valuable strategy to limit the deleterious effects of cardiac fibrosis

This project supports the use of pharmaco-imaging to evaluate new therapeutic strategies, and will permit to develop in the same time a companion imaging biomarker
